Practice transfer requests
Appointed coaches and players can test the consent sequence during 1–20 December. After both coaches and the player agree, Admin can record a practice eligibility review. After the practice review, an appointed coach prepares the digital Form D and both coaches and the player sign it in their own accounts. Payment and final approval are not connected. The current form wording and signature method require review before official use.
Registration forms policy
All forms are intended to be digital. For the 2026/27 season only, paper Form B is also accepted for new registrations, including PL Santa Venera, Zejtun Green Lions, Paola Wolves and players registering with a team. Form D must be paperless this season too.
Form A may be signed by the club owner or coach. Other forms require the coach where a team representative signs, alongside any player or guardian signatures required by the form. Digital forms A, B and E and paper Form B intake are not yet connected.
