Form B practice drafts
Coaches and Admin can prepare and update a practice player registration. Digital practice drafts can be reviewed and signed by the coach, player and, for an under-18 player, a parent or guardian. To sign, create an individual player signing code below, give it privately to the player, then the player opens the signing page, reviews the form and draws their signature. For a minor, create a separate guardian code. Practice signing codes do not verify identity. Official registration and payment are not connected.
For 2026/27, paper Form B is also accepted for new registrations, including PL Santa Venera, Zejtun Green Lions and Paola Wolves. Other seasons are digital. This screen does not upload or register a paper form.
